10. Please know that I am not easy to please with books. This
is a GOOD one. I loved it. I don't know another self-help book like this one.
I've been around a long time, and I've read a lot of books. Since I minored in
psychology, quite naturally, I thought I knew it all. "How to: Have a Nice
Day" was more than a delightful surprise. There was a surprise on every page.
A new angle, something revealed in a new light, things I never knew before,
never thought of before, and I needed them all. I've never seen the likes of
this book. It's easy to read, FUN, profound and bold. Not a quick-fix, but my
day did get better. There are two exercises in this book that blew me away.
Don't miss them. This is a healing book. It healed my heart. Reading this book
is being in the company of the wise. I give this book 5 Stars.
11. For many years I experienced depression, fear, anxiety, an inability
to sleep, and resultantly alcoholism. I had even been confined as a danger to
myself. Naturally, I had "tried" many conventional methods and medications,
obviously without success. Now, the constant fear is gone; the depression has
lifted; and I have not had any re-occurrence for nearly two years. Yes, I am
Having a very Nice Day. Thank you, Gary.
12. A love issue from my childhood was repeatedly impacting my relationships. Ultimately, I experienced
diverticulosis. It is gone. I am medication free and Having a very Nice Day.
Thank you, Gary. |
